They are based on typical projects and do not constitute a binding offer. Roofing costs vary with roof size, pitch, complexity, existing deck condition, material selection and permitting requirements.

Final pricing, scope and contract terms are determined only after an on-site assessment and a written, signed proposal from SW Metal Roofing covering your specific metal roofing design, fabrication, installation, replacement, repair or maintenance work. Neither use of the Site nor submission of an online inquiry creates a contract or obligates either party to a transaction.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, project photography, illustrations, design and code, is the property of SW Metal Roofing or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only. Reproduction, distribution or modification of any content for commercial purposes without our written permission is prohibited.

5. Third-Party Links and Tools

Our workmanship warranty, the manufacturer warranties on metal panels and finishes, and all scope, schedule and payment obligations are set forth in the separate, signed installation agreement we provide for each project. Nothing on this Site modifies, replaces or supplements those separate agreements, and no statement on the Site constitutes a warranty of any specific result.
